I am a long-time resident of Delaware. As a child, I moved to Newark, Delaware from New Jersey and remained in the area most of my life. I graduated from Newark High and the University of Delaware with a degree in early childhood education. I taught school briefly in the Newark area, but most of my corporate work experience was in sales and marketing with DuPont and W.L. Gore & Associates, large corporations in northern Delaware.

I realized one of my dreams in 1996 when I relocated to South Bethany, and began a new career in real estate in 1997. I am now a full-time resort sales Realtor® with Patterson-Schwartz in Ocean View. My long experience living in Delaware and the Resort area have given me a wealth of knowledge about the communities and the changes which have taken place in the market. I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, both of which require many sales and many hours of continuing education.

I have over twenty-five years of experience as a Realtor® in this area and over thirty-five years of experience in customer service and contract negotiations. As an active, local agent, I am available to address all of your real estate needs. You can count on me to give you non-stop professional service. The teacher in me still finds pleasure in helping my clients learn about the market in this area and helping them achieve their real estate dreams. My business is built on giving my clients superior service above and beyond what is normally expected. Their trust and respect and the referrals of their friends and family are my reward.

Real estate is a seven day a week job but I find time to volunteer for Meals-On-Wheels and take walks on the beach with my 2 rescue labs. I feel these things help keep me in shape and in touch with my community.
